Shorewood Independence Day Celebration

Please join your friends and neighbors on July 4, 2026, for Shorewood’s annual Fourth of July Festivities and Fireworks!

The Shorewood Foundation has for years been the primary sponsor of our fantastic fireworks display. And this year, we welcome Enigma Properties as a co-sponsor. We are also a proud supporter of our wonderful Fourth of July Parade.

This year’s parade kicks off at 3 p.m. — with the Gentlemen of Shorewood serving as Parade Grand Marshals — and has a new route down North Murray Avenue. As usual, it will begin at East Kensington Boulevard and North Barlett Avenue and will end at Atwater School. Gather for ice cream an entertainment at Atwater School following the parade around 4 p.m.

Fireworks at Atwater Beach will begin at dusk.
